Place any STICK IT! Balance Beam along top surface. Viola!... A gymnastics balance beam with a slightly padded surface that can be changed anytime! FYI... This is GENERIC PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE LOOP... it is not wood glue adhesive. It will stick to the wood, however you must staple to further secure it to the wooden beam for gymnastics use. Wood beam NOT included.
